AAA Cary folk are awesome! I recently pulled the cowling (cover) off underneath the front end of my 2011 Lexus backing out of parking lot w/uneven pavement. They graciously put it back in place and pinned it up at no charge. They have done some work for us on this car previously. They are always honest and reliable, and we don’t take our cars anywhere else. Thanks for the great service!

AAA always does a great job at a great price. Staff go out of their way to be helpful. I depend on them to keep 2 older cars running in top form. Joe and John have been especially kind and eager to help.

My wife's Acura had a tire blow on I440 this morning and we had AAA come to help us out. To start the day, Harold showed up with the flatbed truck and he was awesome in picking up the car from Lake Boone Trail area. Harold was super friendly and professional. Great guy to deal with during this stressful time. He dropped our car off at the AAA Cary Towne Center location for service. Joe Mello, the service advisor, was absolutely outstanding in helping us out. He gave us a call when the garage opened, he helped us with getting replacement tires and an alignment. Joe, worked us into the day's schedule, kept us informed of the costs and got us back on the road before the shop closed. Joe and the guys in the garage took great care of the wife's car and we really appreciated it. Joe - I will give you a call when its time for my truck to have service. Thanks again to everyone that helped us out.
